Pig's Health

I am into third week of Salad Lunch. This is in line with my 8kg weight loss regime to avoid doctor's wrath. Salad contains rockets, spinach, lettuce, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, shaved ham sometimes a hard boiled egg, sometimes, jagung, sometimes walnut bits. This week is pumpkin seeds from some dessert leftovers that my cousin made. Dressing's balsamic vinegar with olive oil.



Apparently I stressed a lot of people with my lunch. I also don't know why everyone stress. I should be the one stressing. My boss up me by eating blend beetroot with apple and carrots in front of me. Show off. It was quite disappointing that the waistline still look fat and persistently round. It would have been encouraging if it at least shrink a bit. The only good thing from this diet as far as I can tell was good bowel movement everyday.

Lately I am also contemplating to cycle to the train station after I saw they provide secure bike parking for free.



It is so secure, they build a cage around it and you can only go in with an electronic pass which they will issue you with a deposit of A$50 (refundable). Can't get any better deal than that. I like this concept and I have seen people using it. The only thing holding me back? I live on Hillville with the mountain goats.



I think I shall get one pass (before they ran out) and find out how much a bike cost.... in that order.
